Remember Ministries
Wix Website Redesign

Remember Ministries had evolved — and their website needed to evolve with it.

Originally built around a different sponsorship model, the site no longer reflected the organization’s current structure as a Sponsorship Agreement Holder. Over time, content additions and edits had created visual inconsistencies and diluted the clarity of their core message.

This project focused on restoring cohesion, simplifying navigation, and strengthening strategic direction.

Key Objectives

Re-establish visual consistency in fonts, colours, and layout

  • Clarify the organization’s mission and sponsorship model

  • Simplify the user journey

  • Strengthen calls to action for giving, prayer support, and sponsorship inquiries

  • Remove outdated or misaligned content

  • Create a cleaner, more focused presentation of their work

Homepage Restructure
The landing page was redesigned to clearly communicate who Remember Ministries is and how individuals and churches can engage. Mission-driven messaging was brought forward, and primary calls-to-action were streamlined to guide visitors toward financial support, prayer engagement, and sponsorship inquiries.

Outdated blog elements and legacy storytelling sections were thoughtfully removed to reduce distraction and improve clarity.

Content Simplification
Several pages were consolidated and refined, including sponsorship steps and responsibilities. Redundant sections were removed, and content was reorganized to reflect the organization’s updated operational model.

Donation & Form Optimization
The giving experience was updated following a platform transition. Pop-up form issues were resolved, and website forms were properly integrated with Mailchimp — eliminating technical frustrations that had persisted for some time.

Visual & Structural Refinement
New imagery was incorporated, the colour palette was refined, and typography was unified to create a cohesive, modern presentation. Site architecture was reorganized to improve usability and flow.

Strategic Objectives

The Result

The refreshed website now reflects the heart and clarity of the ministry’s current focus — streamlined, mission-driven, and easier to navigate. The structure supports growth, engagement, and communication while remaining grounded in the organization’s purpose.

“Amy took our outdated website, which we had been editing and adding to over the years and which had become cumbersome and no longer expressed our current ministry focus. She gave it a complete overhaul which resulted in a beautiful, sleek and modern site.

She added new pictures, refined our colour scheme, sharpened the focus, and fixed the way our site was organized. She got to the bottom of issues with our pop-up form and linked the site forms to Mailchimp, which had been causing headaches for us for a long time.

Amy is skilled in design and execution, but more importantly, she was able to listen as I explained what we wanted — perhaps not even very clearly — and execute our vision. She is insightful and eloquent in her writing. It is not an easy thing to encapsulate the heart of a ministry in a way that others can see and appreciate, but Amy put her own heart into the task, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much!”
